Sorry for the long unannounced hiatus, girls.

Well, I did mention that I wouldn't be able to update much in the months to come, but many have started to wonder whether I'm planning on closing down CSC for good.

So now here it is, the official announcement.

CSC is here to stay :)

It took a whole lot of random mish-mash of ideas which I casually shrugged off, and one major breakthrough on a fateful Sunday night to put the puzzled pieces together!

It's been 2 months since I last played in my little CSC playground, and I'm just itching for the day to come again.

Things are still in hush-hush mode, but for now all I can say is,

CSC will be coming out of the closet.

or so to speak :)

I can't quite decide whether this is a button-down sleeveless shirt, or a really cool long vest. First time I saw it I sure thought it was the latter!
After playing around with it, I decided that it was both. Why settle for one when you can have two? ;p
I love the big big lapels on the front, and the frayed details on the edges.
And the 2 cute pockets on each side :)
And the fact that it's long and really fitting, it's really body flattering!

Item 68 - Vest With Drapes

The white inner drapes comes with this vest, so you can go for different looks!
Tie a knot up at the front and hide the drapes behind the vest, so it looks like you're wearing a long top underneath!
Or untie the knot and let the drapes hang loosely over the front lapels of the vest ;) I really love that look too!

It's a full-back vest, and adjustable at the back!
I don't know about you, but I like my vests with a full back, and not those bare-back halter neck things. It isn't *quite* a vest unless it's a full-back.
Although I myself own a few bare-backed ones. Well, I *do* own 8 different vests ;) the perfect accessory. Better make that 9 now.

This dress is too gorgeous, I must say ;) the perfect case where simplicity meets stunning.
I'm going crazy over chiffon these days, I keep buying clothes with this material! So light and soft, chiffon virtually dances around as you move ;)

The halter neck is tied with a floral ribbon, which definitely stands out from the solid colour of the dress ;)

I love the colour combination of every one of these dresses. The red colour sure pops out from the black and white ;)
And the sailor stripes! Too cute! And the collar is big enough so you can wear it off-the-shoulder too, if you want ;)
You can still use it as a top, and wear it with a pair of pants instead! And the red middle piece is still very visible, such a nice contrast to the black and white ;)

You can add a belt and cinch it at the waist too ;) to define that waist line.

When I first saw it on the racks I thought okay a pinafore. Maybe loose-ish and should pair it up with another tee inside.

Also one of my favourite finds from the Land Down Under, the chiffon sweetheart :)
When I tried on this dress, I literally felt like dancing :) Did a little swirl, a pirouette, a leap or two in the fitting room (thank god it was roomy), some things I picked up off some ballerinas I worked with.
I love the light airy chiffon skirt that floats and dances along with me! ;)

It's a one-piece dress too, the white ruched boob-tube is sewn on, so you don't have to wear layers underneath or anything inconvenient like that ;) the perfect dress.

Every girl needs a little black dress ;)
Every girl probably has a simple safe one already, so why not take it to the next level with some bling?
This one's got the most interesting sequins and gemstones on the front, meshing it together to look like a dress fit for an ancient goddess.

Sorry my hiatus took longer than expected! I ended up loving Melbourne a little too much I extended my stay there, and when I eventually arrived back in Malaysia I find that I miss home so much
Had a lot of catching up to do (friends, family and FOOD) and unresolved issues to attend to, sigh busy busy busy. If you read my blog, you'll know what I mean

I'm rather excited about this one :)
All the way from Melbourne, I've been looking for tops like these everywhere! Unfortunately, quite scarce here in Malaysia :(
Floral prints to usher in the spring season. The material is chiffon, very light but only slightly sheer. Wear a spaghetti strap underneath if you'd like, or a nice bra would do ;)

But what sold me is definitely the pussy bow. Definitely in style now, and oh so cute!

This has to be my favourite piece from Australia of the lot :) absolutely stunning.
First off has to be the gorgeous paisley prints, printed on black to have that mysterious effect.
Fantastic quality too, there's a lining underneath the dress. And the material is perfect to suit the mood, a light outer layer chiffon that blows in the wind ;)
Not forgetting that V-scoop neckline that flatters any body shape.

Don't mind the poses :) Me being a closet exhibitionist got bored of my headless photos.

The reason why I used to take pictures with my head cropped off is 'cause,

1. more often than not, I'd probably have jumped right out of bed complete with unruly hair and sleepy face, (or just damn lazy to put on some make up) and started snapping photos.

2. posing your body AND your facial expression is apparently too much work. Have you learnt nothing from Tyra?

3. jumping on the bandwagon, most clothes blogs crop off their heads too, to focus the attention solely on their clothes. The same reason most fashion/runway models keep a fierce (smile-less) expression-less face, to avoid stealing attention away from the clothes they're modeling.

But now I'm jumping off the bandwagon and revamping CSC.

Nothing majorly drastic, but I'm introducing brand new clothes now :) along with a new blog header, new (cupboard-less, door-less, dustbin-less) background, a new approach is all Still love me?

Ever since the new laptop arrived, I find myself hopelessly dependent onto the internet. I get real shifty and awkward if I don't have internet connection with me for a prolonged period of time sigh this can't be a good thing.
